Re: Please let it go...

Please, refer to my post written on the "womens" forum in reply to this, if this does not turn out. I am having problems tonight.

I am sorry, clare. I normally support Robin. I do feel she is a valuable asset to this forum. But, just as she feels it is her duty and obligation to point out where someone errs, so do I. I was only offering constructive criticism to *both* parties involved, and it appears that Robin is unable to take this constructive criticism. Yes, this bothers me. Yes, this forum is not for debate but one should be able to take constructive criticism when that person is so easy to freely give it out. This forum is about coming here for medical advice and support and we all moderate in some way. But it does seem that sometimes Robin feels she is the *only* one obligated to moderate. I am sorry if this post offends someone, but I am offended--not by posts in and of themselves, i.e. the preaching post--but I am offended when someone consistently repeats rules to posters, but appears unwilling to admit where she may have acted a littly hastily. Sorry, but I had to say this, because this is not the first time this has happened. And it also appears that people of this forum will continue to berate a poster who might start a debateful thread, but the "let it go" posts don't come until the thread begins to start offering criticism to Robin, or other frequent contributers. And now *I* will let it go.
