And I have another kind of pain in the right side of my back Hi, I had this feeling also too, a few months ago come to find out i had a nasty bladder infection, i didnt have fever nor did i have the feeling of needing to rush to the bathroom, I had lower back pain and pms like cramping,in my belly, Im sure the good docs here can give you better information an better advice, your pain sounds like How i was feeling.
