Knot? Lump? Around my jaw has been sore the past couple of days. I was feeling around the area today and I noticed when I open my mouth I can feel this lump or knot. When I touch it, it is sore and I can move it arond. When I close my mouth I can't feel it anymore but it is still sore. What is this and is it normal. It is driving me crazy since I found this lump or knot, I am so scared something is wrong with me.
