Hi...I'm 21 and my gf is 20. We've been sexually active for over a year now. The last time we had sex was on March 13th and her period was supposed to arrive on March 22. Her periods have been pretty regular (it came on the 22nd of February). If it was late, it would arrive 3-4 days later. There was only one time where it came 7 days late and that scared the hell out of the both of us. Now it looks like its like that again. We fooled around a few days before her period was supposed to start so now i'm wondering what went wrong. Oh yeah, we use condoms with spermicide when we have sex. Today is the March 26 and we both are getting worried. She has been stressing a lot and got depressed several times, so i was wondering how late can a period be? I know there is a possibility she might be and that is scaring us. We plan on taking a HPT soon. She says that she 'feels full' like she ate too much...is that a sign or just something else completely? She has gained 5 lbs, but has no cravings, no sickness, but has stuffy noses at night (i get that too cause it gets kinda cold here in Hawaii)? Could it be that her stress and depression are keeping her from getting her period? I thought it could it could, but now, even I'm getting skeptical...and I'm supposed to be the composed level-headed one of the two of us...Please help.

===== Kaboom...guess who stepped in the room!
