Thats not true, thats what womwn think. You can have slender arms. You are already skinny, and unless you are on steroids, a women can only get so big. That's a lie from the 80's. I am slender and fit and cut, but not big at all. I look like a women in good shape, I'm training for the Olympics and lift heavy. Like I say, you wont get big like a man., but you'll like the way you look. Also, a teacher friend of mine is Olive Oil skinny and a year ago she hired a trainer. She looks awesome, and almost has a six-pack. She is still skinny but has real definition in her arms and legs. Her trainer, a friend of mine, had her lift as much as she could for as many reps as she could, ond body part a day. She told me shes so happy she has some shape to her body finally. Personally, women need to learn to accept the way they look. Man, and society makes us think only one body time is acceptable, but the heck with them, I train for a purpose, and we should all excersise for over all health, but I hope you want to gain weight for you. Most women are dying with eating disorders trying to be skinny.
