You have the 21 day pack, which doesn't include placebos. You can continue on with the pack and then wait for your period to come when you stop the pill for the week. I have been told it is best NOT to stop in the middle of a pack or anywhere in the pack once it has been started. If you take your pills around the same time every day and do not miss any, your chances of pregnancy are very small...very small. The placebo pills are just non active and do not contain anything in them that would prevent pregnancy, so by not taking them, will not increase your chance of pregnancy.

Your period will come, and probably after you finish this pack...within a few days after finishing. If you get some breakthrough bleeding during the pack, do not fret. That can happen sometimes when pills are taking continously (done very often for some women for various reasons).
