Why do you want to gain weight? I used to be really skinny, too. I was 5'6" and weighed 105 pounds my freshmen year in college. But then I got married! I think for many people metabolism changes in the 20's. At least it did for me. The problem for me, is that I used to could eat anything I want and not gain weight. Now I cannot eat just anything I want and it not affect me. I would give anything to have my "skinny" body back. I am not overweight now, but I am a little more chunkier in my pooch than I want to be! Good idea, to change the types of food you eat. Because junk food will affect your weight if your metabolism changes like mine did. Good luck, Joy At Tue, 26 Mar 2002, Kaci wrote: >
