very worried

I live in a place where medical care is primitive and they have no idea whats wrong with me, they put me on ciprofloxacin and it hasn't helped at all. First my labia minora was swollen on one side, now its swollen on both sides with edema. It was red but now it's turning white and is starting to look necrotic. There is a fleshy swelling occluding my vaginal opening, it's not hard like a cyst though, it seems to have little bumps on it but it is all one structure. My vaginal walls are very thick, and the base of my labia is getting hard. My period just ended, it was very mild for me, but lasted as long as it usually does. My whole abdomen is distended. I only have discomfort, no pain or anything. Im trying to get a plane ticket back home but with easter holiday it's impossible, so it will be at least another week. Ive seen everyone here and no one seems to be able to help me. I will get to a doctor as soon as I can, but I was just wandering if these signs ring a bell for anything in particular? Im 25 years old, am I too young to have a carcinoma, and would it flare up so quickly, this has developed over the past 3 months and didn't get bad until a week ago. Any advice besides see a doctor asap?
