I am a 28 year old female on the pill, My vulva is extremely swollen on one side,and seems to have fluid under the skin,also my vaginal wall is thickened on one side. Upon looking with a mirror, deep within the vagina I noticed a whole bunch of elevated bumps. They are red with a white tip. They are not painful at all, I just feel dry and swollen. I have been feeling excessively tired as well. There is no discharge or odor, no itching or burning or anything. Every day my vulva has more and more edema and is beginning on the other side as well. I have an appointment in one week to see a doctor. I just would like an idea of what this could be. There are no sores or lesions anywhere besides in my vagina. Could this be herpes?
