The last couple times my fiance and I made love (specially oral sex) I cramp really really bad to the point that I have to stop because it hurts so bad. Almost like when someone gets cramps from being nervous or uptight but I am not nervous or uptight! :) It seems to hurt alot worse when I have an orgasm.
