You didnt state if you were on BC Pills at all. Was your period excepted that day or around that day. If no to both these questions then it could be pregnancy because of the symptoms you described. IF you want to ease your mind try taking a HPT if positve then call your doc right away if negative you just have to wait til your appointment comes to discuss whats wrong but I would try to get to him/her sooner becasue 3 weeks is a long wait.
