I just turned 17 and as far as i can tell from my own experience and that of the people i know, it is perfectly normal, but more so if you havent had your period very long. see a doctor, but it is probably just teenage hormones. Also, it seems to happen more often to girls our age who suddenly begin to have sexual stimulation, even if they don't have sex. If you just got a new bf and have been fooling a little, this could be a partial reason as well.
