Yes, if there is sperm on his hand and he touches your vagina (i.e. puts fingers that have sperm on them in the vagina), you can get pregnant.

Call your Dr. for a blood pregnancy test, and counseling about birth control. Always use condoms in addition to other birth control to help prevent against STDs, which include Herpes, HPV, and the deadly one, HIV/AIDS. Even if he tells you that you are his first, assume otherwise.
