Cervical Dysplasia...still?

I have been going to a gynecologist since I was 17 (I'm 24 now)and had normal Pap smears until November 2000. At that point it was said to be abnormal and I was sent in for a colposcopy in December. The results came back with Mild and some Moderate Dysplasia. A LEEP was performed in February and the next two Paps still came back abnormal. A colp and LEEP were performed again in the fall of 2001. Only mild dysplasia, but still in the same spots. Two more Paps and the same thing again! I just went in for a colposcopy again, for the third time, and I actually started crying at the end. The doctor doesn't seem to really have any answers or ever offer any alternatives. The only other interesting information I gleaned from her was that she did a DNA evaluation to see if I was prone for cervical cancer and it came back negative. She seemed pleased by this news, but what does it really mean to me? Do I just keep going through the same process? The cells seem to keep coming back and I feel like I should be doing something to help! I don't smoke--I exercise fairly frequently, I'm not overweight--I'm at the point where I'm seriously considering buying this stuff called Beta-mannan over the Internet...and it might be just some supplement money-making scam. Should I take this stuff? It sounds like a big hoax, but I'm willing to try anything. Any ideas or recommendations? I don't like being uneducated and out of the loop and I feel like I am at this point...
