frankly, if you're uncomfortable, tell him not to do it. He's the doctor, but it's your body, and if you say no, that's that. Everything else is assault. Yes, it might give more info than a vaginal exam, but as long as there are no reasons to suspect problems, maybe that's information that's not really worth the price.
