I am 19 years old and sexually active, although I have never had a gynecology exam... I am going to make an appointment very soon because I have noticed some things that concern me: My vaginal discharge is white, thick, curd-like and has a strong odour, sometimes rather offensive. During sex my labia become extremely swollen and my vagina feels irritated - I am not sure if this is just because of excessive friction or what. I also have begun to feel a slight burning sensation when I pee. Another thing is, my menstrual cycle has changed from about 28 days to almost 35. Last but definitely not least, this is my greatest concern: Occasionally I experience short, sharp, cramp-like pains in my ovaries (most often my left ovary in particular). I have only noticed this within the past few months. Are any or all of these symptoms of a condition(s) I should mention to my gynecologist when I go? Thanks so much, Erica
