I took it as prescribed and now (1 week later) , I am suffering from external vaginal itch/pain. I have no discharge (so I don't think it's a yeast infection). I know that vaginal itch is a side effect of the medication, but how long should it last and what can I do about it? I have used vagisil which helps temporarily but what else should I do?
