been there, am still doing that for at least half my cycle. :-( It might be fibrocystic breasts - do a search, plenty of stuff out there. I've tried all they recommend too: no caffeine, low salt, little dairy, little meat, mega vit E, B-complex, and still have the pain. Mammogram & u/s were fine - I simply hurt. I also went off the pill 15 months ago (after 10 years of no complaints, and 5 years of migraines and sore breasts on various brands), and while the migraines are all gone, my breasts still hurt (though somewhat less than before). Might be worth a try? Oh, and one trick: Try going braless as much as you can. Works for me in keeping the pain managable. (I am a B, and have well-fitting bras, but still...)
