Does Clomid cause delayed or missed menstration? My husband and I have been trying to concieve for nearly three years now, with no luck. I have undergone all testing possible and everything was fine, except lack of ovulation. My doctor recently prescribed my clomid. I am now 8 days late on my cycle. I have taken numorous pregnancy test, including a blood draw. All test have came back negative. I am having mood swings and extreme breast tenderness. Does clomid cause delayed or missed cycles? I am worried that I may be pregnant and do not want to cause any harm to the child.
