More commonly a foreign body. usually a peice of toilet tissue that got pushed into the vagina by accident as it crumbled during wiping. possibly part of a tampon or maybe part of a cotton ball that was being used to clean up with. Unless you r pediatrician does vaginal exams (not many do) a gynecologist might be a better place to call.
