Pelvic damage from champagne 'douche' and intercourse?

Hi. I am too embarrassed to see my gyn about this and I don't know what to do. Last night my partner and I had intercourse and I had no pain. Then he (this is the embarrassing part) poured champagne into my vagina from the bottle three seperate times as a part of oral sex. I had never had anything like this done to me before, and it didn't occur to me it could be harmful. It didn't hurt at the time but then when he entered me (he said there was still champagne in me) it was painful every time he thrust in all the way. Later we tried another position and that still hurt. Then I began to feel a sharp pain in my abdomen so I took a bath to try to get any remaining champagne out. Last night I could not defecate because it caused too great a pain when I tried to. After I had passed some gas during the night I was finally able to defecate later the next morning and it seems I was rather...blocked up. The pain is still present, but tonight almost a day later my abdomen is quite tender and feels bloated.

Could I have been seriously injured by our activies last night? Was that dangerous? My partner says he thinks it is because I still had chapagne in me and liquid does not compress, which put increased pressure on my cervix and uterus. I have a tipped uterus. I am worried that maybe the champagne entered my cervix and the bubbles maybe doing something bad to me. Or that my uterus has been knocked out of place or something. Please help. Thank you.
