Hormone Imbalance

Three months ago I went to the dermatologist for acne. He informed me that I may have a hormone imbalance due to excessive hair on my face, but it also could be genetic. He treated my acne for 2 months, and nothing changed. Finally he did some lab work testing my hormones. The testosterone level was normal, but he DHEA Sulfide level was at approx. 560. I am in the process of making an appointment with the OB-GYN for further tests. If indeed I do have a hormone imbalance, what lies ahead in my future? How is it treated? Does the hair go away? Is it a lifelong process? Being only 21, do my chances of having children in the future decrease? Are there any specific things I should ask the doctor? Your help is greatly appreciated.
