I have a history of Endo, and don't have thyroid problems, but many women with Endo seem to have a problem with their thyroid. The Thyroid does regulate things, so it may affect your cycles (not sure on this one.....). Many women will not ovulate from time to time. Doesn't mean there is necessarily a problem. Do give your Dr. a call and talk with him if you are at all concerned.
