Bleeding after sex

Is it possible that after sex for the first time that the hymen can still be partially intact? At the beginning of Feb I became sexually active and bled after my first time. A few weeks later I had sex with my boyfriend again, and have bled again. There was a little pressure upon when he first entered me, similiar to that of my first time but not painful in the slightest like the first time, just a little uncomfortable for a few seconds. Also I'm having a pap smear test done in march, is it usual practice to just have the pap test or is a full pelvic exam done with it?? and if it's not done with the pap test, is it recommended that I go and get completely checked out or is the pap test enough?

Thanks for any info
