Strange Periods ... I read over past submitted posts about blood clotting, long periods, missed periods and strange discharges. For the passed two years, my periods have been extremely irregular. I've gone months without one, and months with one. The doctor I saw put me on birth control about a year ago to regulate my periods, even though I was not sexually active. My periods began to go back to normal, however, shortly after getting on the pill, I started having serious stomach craps, so I stopped taking them. Now, I've been clotting (larger than quarter sized clots) and having very long periods again. Is this something I should be alarmed about?
