my boyfriend can't maintain an erection. We've been best friends before we started dating and I know that the problem is independent of me. He thinks it's because he smokes compulsively and he quit for a long while, but that changed nothing. I smoke heavely too, if smoking is the cause of his problems should I have similar difficulties while having sex? And if it isn't the smoking, what could it be? We are both in our early 20's. He sometimes takes Viagra, and I'm sure that's not good for him at such an early age,I've tried stopping him from doing that; but sometimes he will take a pill. He also started on the Viagra quite before he and I became intimate... could that be a cause of his problem?
