There are numerous things that can delay in menstrual cycle. Obviously pregnancy is 1. Stresses another. If you exercise too much and decrease your body mass, especially if you have a fat content of less than eleven percent. Other things they can cause you to miss a menstrual period could be polycystic ovarian syndrome, pituitary abnormalities, or just being on birth control pills.
