Hi, I am 27 year old female, mother of three. I am in a monogmus (sorry about the spelling) relationship and I am hoping you can give me some advice. I am sensitive to things such as different toilet papers, powders etc and have had vaginal itching before due to this. Usually I will use some vagisil cream and within two days, it goes away. This time, the itching is somewhat worse and I have found a "pimple" like thing on my labia. It feels like there is a pin pushing through it if I touch it and as long as I leave it alone, it doesn't bother me. I have no discharge, so I am assuming that it isn't a yeast infection etc. I have had a problem with acne in the past and tend to get pimples inside my ears, my shoulders and even on my buttocks. Is it possible that this is all it is and if so, will it go away on its own? I really don't want to go to the doctors if it isn't neccessary as I work shift work and time is a problem for me. Please let me know what this might be and whether I should seek medical help. Thank you, Meredith
