Stress can throw off your cycle.

If you are going to participate in any type of sexual activity, it is important that you visit a Dr. and discuss birth control options. If you want to avoid pregnancy, you need to be protected. Even if you don't plan actual intercourse, it can happen. ALWAYS use condoms. Even if you aren't having sexual intercourse, but especially if you are having sexual intercourse. If a boy tells you you are his first, assume otherwise. Sex is fun, but the consequences of it can affect your entire life.
