Dizziness is one of those complaints that could be a million things. Most of the time there is nothing serious going on. You may be out of shape and you may just need to take it easy. Think about good nutrition and fluids. Make sure you are eating well and drinking plently of fluids when exercising. Make sure you warm up properly. Take it slower next time and ease into training if you think you are out of shape. Did you continue to exercise off season? If not, make sure you do from now on. The bottom line is though, if you have not had a preseason sports physical do so now to be sure there is nothing serious going on. Good luck!
