Anyway, I only had one day of bleeding and I got pregnant exactly two weeks after the surgery. Please remember that a positive urine test may not be accurate. When I tested positive, my doc just thought that it was left over "pregnancy hormones" from my previous pregnancy. What you will need is an blood test from your doctor's office if you have a positive urine test, just to see if the levels are rising or falling, so they can tell if this is leftovers or a new pregnancy.
