Getting Bacterial Vaginosis at the End of My Menstrual Cycle

For the past seven months--in a row, at the end of my menstural cycle, I get bacterial vaginosis. I have tried metronidazole, flagyl, acidophilus, lacto-bacillus, and now cleocin. Nothing seems to work. Could there be a reason for this? In the beginning, I would get BV every now and then...during various times of the month. But, now, this is a consistent thing...every month at the end of my cycle. Is there a specialist that I can see?
