My boyfriend and I had what I'll call overly-enthusiastic sex two nights ago that caused my labia and clitoral area to bleed (I think a ring he was wearing cut me.) Since then, I can't urinate without almost fainting from the pain--it feels like alcohol in an open wound. Is this something that will heal on its own, or should I see my physician? Is there a risk of infection from the urine? Should I use something like Neosporin to speed the healing? I can handle the pain if I know this is temporary and will get better with time, but I don't want to undermine my health by not seeing a doctor if that's what I should do.
