Hi:
I think that Maggie is right, you should make an appointment to see your
Dr. If I understand your post correctly, you have right sided abdominal
pain, and sort of spasm type pain to the left of your belly button. This
could be ovarian cysts (most women have them if they ovulate) or your
appendix, or any of a variety of things.
Please see your doctor for an evaluation. Best wishes.
