hormones out of whack?

Hi there. I'm 22 years old, I have had 1 child & 1 miscarriage. Ever since my child was born, I have begun symptoms that have either worsened or become more frequent. These include: dark brown discharge between periods, increased acne, breasts decreasing in size (from 36B to 34AA in 3 years time, most recently, have gone from 34A to 34AA in last month), and distended abdomen. All of these occur month long, there is no pattern that I have observed that goes along w/ my menstruel cycle. I have been tested for fibromyalgia, and have also had my thyroid tested. Both of these have been negative. Both tests were taken a year ago. I have 2 sisters, and both my sisters and my mother have average size to above average size breasts. I am concerned because they are becoming considerally smaller. I did not breast feed after my daughter was born, and did not have an abnormal amount of loss or gain in breast size either during the pregnancy or afterwards. It was from when she turned 1 years old to now - my daughter is now 4 years old. My self esteem is plumenting. My older sister sugested Progesterine Cream. Is this something I should try? Is there any other advice? Are my hormones just out of whack? If so, what can I do to get them back in order? Or is this maybe a symptom of something more serious? I've tried birth control, but discontinued use both times due to heavier bleeding, worsened cramps & acne, and sexual disfunction. Please help! Thanks.
