My periods have been completely regular since i was 13. My cycle normaly lasts 33-38 days. Over the last 6 months I have had several 45 day cycles a 32 day cycle, and now i'm still waiting (this would be day 58)....i was due about two and a half weeks ago. I had some spotting for about 3-4 days (two weeks ago), and i have had cramps on and off for about a week now...but still no period. Pregnancy has been ruled out. I have an appointment with my doctor in about 3 weeks. What is going on?
