If the pain is halfway between your belly button and your right hip,
that's kind of high for ovarian pain and since it's mainly right sided
but can go from side to side, it may also be intestinal things. One
possibility is irritable bowel syndrome. An exam and possibly a
sonogram is indicated. Best wishes and keep us posted.
