Hi Ellie, Please see your doctor! If you have greenish discharge, that can be a sign of an STD and many other things.

It is very important to be screened for STD's and HIV/AIDS, as well as have a pap smear. Your college student health center (if it has one) can be of help.

Take a preg. test. Condoms are NOT 100% protective. Stress could also be a part of why your period is late, but please take a preg. test.

It would be an excellent idea for you to get on birth control to prevent pregnancy. It would de-stress you a lot, I think, to know that you are doing your best to prevent pregnancy. (e.g., condoms AND birth control!!)
