Hi Bella, Tracking your period is not a for sure way to avoid pregnancy. You're on birth control, and therefore do not need to absatin from sex anytime at all. It does not sound like you had a misscarriage to me. If you are having strange discharge, then you need to see your doctor ASAP. Stay on birth control if you don't want to get pregnant.
