Have you spoken with your GYN about the questions you have? S/he is the best one to give those answers as s/he knows you better.

As is in the archives, women with one ovary can get pregnant....this is not a small chance either, but a good chance, provided your ovary and tubes are normal.

Give your MD a call. If you don't feel you can communicate with your GYN, it is time to find another. You can also search the archives on the Women's Health Forum for further information. You may find some information on the forum archives for Young Women's Forum as well.
