Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Spotting" I am 27 years old, mother of three. I used to be on Triphasal BC pill but the doctor recently switched me to Aleese as it was cheeper. I never had any problems with break through bleeding or anything else while on the first kind of BC. This is my second month on Aleese and I had no problems in the first month but my period was very light compared to normal. Now, this month, I have started spotting and I am not expected to get my period for another 10 days. Why is this happening and should I be concerned?
