Hi Kate:

I'm sorry that you have to go through this. Perhaps call a university med program and ask/tell them about your situation. If that doesn't work, try calling any clinic, explain what you need to them and surely if you make enough calls you will find someone willing to help you. I'm a Canadian, so I'm not much help as our medicare system is publically funded.

Robin, can you or Kristy help out here??
