dear Cherish, You can always go to the ER whether you have insurance or not. Tell the recpetionist that you don't have insurance! Good for you for scheduling an abortion. The doctors at the clinic will be able to tell you if you had a miscarriage or not. Please get on birth control. Miscarriages are NOT fun! Talk to your dr. or the people at the abortion clinic about birth control!! Take care, Maggie
