You can always get a second opinion, though. Your vaginal lips should not be hurting, this is something that you need to see your obgyn about. http://www.peacehealth.org has a variety of doctors listed with their profession and a phone number/address, and you can specify your area. Surgery would probably hurt afterwards, I would think. All womens' vaginas are very different, you could try accepting your body how it is. Take care, Maggie
