If you think you may have miscarried, you need to be seen. Don't wait for a Dr. on the forum to answer you. I would consider this to be an emergency...insurance or not, they have to treat you.

Also, please talk with a Dr. about reliable birth control. You have been through a lot with the previous pregnancy and this one.
