You really need to see a Dr. for a diagnosis. Something I have seen on the forums on OBGYN.net from all of the MD's is this type of thing (rashes, etc.) can't be diagnosed over the internet.

Have your MD take a look to determine what is going on and s/he can presribe something to help.

Something that has helped me with irritation are oatmeal baths...Aveeno makes one that is very soothing. Another thing you can try is taking a bag of frozen peas, wrapped in a cloth towel, and then applying it to the affected area. The reason for it being peas is because it can mold better to you.
