Hi Kate,

I am going on the assumption these lesions are not blisters...

I have something very similar to what you are describing. I had about seven of them surgically removed. They were found to be "Veruca Vulgaris." It is a type of wart if I am remembering correctly.

If they are bothersome to you, see a Dermatologist about removing them. I had one that was getting deep on my palm, and was starting to interfere with my ring finger (it was starting to affect my ability to straighten my finger).
