Jen,

If the cramps are getting worse every month, you needed to communicate this to your MD. He asked if they were as bad as before the pill, and when you said no, I guess he figured they were fine. He can't read your mind (wouldn't it be nice if they could?!?!? ;o)....), so you have to tell him.

Give him a call and let him know about the cramping getting worse as the months go on, and see what he tells you. It may change the picture for your MD if he has ALL of the information.
