Remember, your Dr. has the training to diagnose problems, not your friend. If you still feel something is amiss, get another opinion. Not all discharge is abnormal. I am curious, where was the article you read? I'd be interested to read it so I could get a better feel for what you are saying. I am sure you are scared by what you read, but remember, not everything you read is going to be true, or true for everyone! Also, discuss your fears with your MD. S/he can help calm your fears.
