The Dr. took a sample of the discharge and examined it under the microscope.

Remember, your Dr. has the training to diagnose problems, not your friend. If you still feel something is amiss, get another opinion. Not all discharge is abnormal.

I am curious, where was the article you read? I'd be interested to read it so I could get a better feel for what you are saying. I am sure you are scared by what you read, but remember, not everything you read is going to be true, or true for everyone!

Also, discuss your fears with your MD. S/he can help calm your fears.
