The spotting could be from your BF being a little too rough. I don't know "what he did to me" means exactly, but he may have been a bit rough.

It does take a bit of time for your body to adjust to the pill.

If you are on the pill, then you should have a Dr. that is writing the Rx for them. What you tell your Dr. is between you and your Dr. and not between you, your Dr. and your Mother. If you have a problem, then call your MD. If you still feel you can't, talk to a trusted adult.

Also, if you are going to start having sex, you need to make sure you are protected against STD's and HIV/AIDS. Your BF may say you are his first, but you have to assume that not to be the case. Use condoms!!!!!! Sex is fun, but also comes with a lot of responsibility.
